Such a delicate beauty. Natalia Vodianova covers Vogue China in the June 2011 issue.

Glowing, perfection, ethereal goddesses. This is how I can describe these three covers in the wedding-themed UK Vogue. Testino shot Lara, Natalia, and Freja perfectly as light, lovely ladies. Many people had a problem with Lara’s expression, but I don’t believe she could be any more pretty and fare-skinned and soft. The three do have this sort of dewy complexion about them that is rather perfect.

We presented the covers last week and now we have the editorial. Mert & Marcus shot this exceptionally intense and sexual-charged editorial in black and white, and leaves the viewer, at least for me, with a lasting impression to this stunning photography. Many had their opinions on the magazine cover and this editorial. Some believed there was a ploy to gain more sales and some naturally thought the covers were great. While I will agree that the Justin Bieber cover was a great way to possibly gain sales if his fanatics spotted the magazine, but I feel this subject isn’t that rare in fashion photography, therefore I really do believe the photos speak for themselves.
Natalia seems to be third wheel here. I was pleasantly surprised to find her included; her imagery just as stunning as the rest. Kate once again shows modeling as a skill, and a tom-boy, masculine display here paired along with her nudity is naturally pulchritudinous in this grungy presentation. They don’t seem to be airbrushed to the brim, and I find that allure to be desirable. And for Lea, she is such a “newly discovered” strong force in this industry.

How fabulous are these girls? Remove Carmen and Edie with maybe Abbey, Anja or Natasha and we have a perfect list in this UK Vogue dedicated to stars. True supermodels Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer are joined with seasoned veteran Angela Lindvall and a list of my favorites. Golden and beautiful.

I’ve always felt like Natalia Vodianova would be such a sweet, pleasant woman and that you would cherish her friendship and overall beauty as a human being. Her pose here on Vogue Russia by Mert & Marcus is strong while and confident has a small hint of vulnerability. Stunning, stunning, stunning.

Flawless. Veteran Christy Turlington, Karen Elson, and Natalia Vodianova head up Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2010/11 campaign and it is absolutely stunning. I love the line more than I did beforehand: the soft palette, the feminine silhouettes, the twill and interesting fabrics, that leather skirt, etc. The whole LV line is very reminiscent of Dior’s “The New Look” and let’s not forget those bags. I often find the normal bags with the logo tacky and boring, but these are exquisite. Much better than last season, Marc, even though I would have loved Lara again, you couldn’t have picked a better cast or have had a more interesting line.
