The Dapper Zachary Quinto

Spock decided to show up at the CFDA Fashion Awards Monday looking fine as ever. While I prefer to ogle his hipster self in “walking posts” on ONTD, this does justice. He came along with British designer Simon Spurr who was nominated for the Swarovski Award for Menswear and lost. Still pretty sexy.

I love the hair and I wish I had the patience to let the top of my hair grow that long, but alas I do not and I get bothered after looking like Jimmy Neutron at this stage in my hair’s life. Also, is that a couple stripes of black glitter on his lapel? Teehee. I often fantasize that this hairy beast is gay and wishes sometime come true, people. We might get lucky.

CFDA Awards Winners

The CFDA Awards have come and gone once more. Some fabulous people were in attendance. SJP rocked a flow-y McQueen gown, Rachel Zoe in a shimmery, deep blue number, while Carmen Kass showed up in a gown with a deep back that clearly stated to me that girlfriend needs a burger and FAST. While I’ll continue why she’s even a relevant model, we’ll move on to the awards.

The Winners of the 2010 CFDA Awards:

Womenswear Designer of the Year: Marc Jacobs – Marc continues to impress and is wonderful. Is there anything to hate about his clothes?

Menswear Designer of the Year: Rag & Bone

Accessories Designer of the Year: Alexis Bittar

Swarovski Womenswear Designer of the Year: Jason Wu

Swarovski Menswear Designer of the Year: Richard Chai

Swarovski Accessories Designer of the Year: Alexander Wang

Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award: Michael Kors

International Award: Christopher Bailey – Gotta’ love Burberry.

Eugenia Sheppard Award: Kim Hastreiter

Fashion Icon Award: Iman Eleanor

Lambert Award: Tonne Goodman

CFDA Board of Directors’ Special Tribute Award: Alexander McQueen – Apparently the tribute began with SJP and then there was a runway of the latest collection. Long live McQueen.
