Giorgio Armani Fall/Winter 11.12: Sasha P

This is the first look of Sasha’s Fall/Winter campaign and it’s absolutely stunning. Many are saying it’s reminiscent of her 2009 campaign, and I will have to agree, but that does not make it any less magnificent. Work it, honey. Sasha’s looking simply heavenly wrapped up in that mauve fur. Can’t wait for more images.

David Beckham in Skivvies

It has been a couple years since his Emporio Armani underwear ads, but do these make you want see a little more? I’m wondering if he’s stuck with the label, especially for games.

Moving on with the underwear topic, I’ll have to admit that I’m still dedicated to H&M’s underwear for men. The trunks are always cute with designs from strips to geometric shapes. How can you go wrong?

I’ll thank Mr. Beckham for inspiring my underwear post and the reminding need of getting in shape. Underwear can make you feel better about yourself, albeit in a more hidden way, but the point is that they don’t just have to be an undergarment. From silly and sexy to utilitarian, underwear has an abundance of purposes. How do you wear your underwear?

Lara Stone: Playboy France

Lara Stone is all class and absolutely perfect. She’s ranked as one of the top models and is the face of multiple campaigns this Fall including Calvin Klein and Giorgio Armani. Well, Playboy France was not making it very easy for her. I don’t think in any country Playboy is anything much than pornography, setting aside the “articles”, so who really expects much style-wise and set-wise? Apparently that jeweled craziness is the same that Selita Ebanks wore in the VS fashion show in ’08. It’s like they gave her a hotel room, stripper-wear, and a few obstacles to see if she could come up with anymore than a skanky medical patient. Luckily, Lara shows she’s a true model and doesn’t come off cheap and tacky. Besides, who doesn’t love Lara’s lovely breasts? Also, I’m fairly certain these are reprints, so maybe that’s why she’s featured in the magazine. Check out the photos after the cut:

–EDIT–

None of these photos were intended to be published in any Playboy magazine and Lara gave no consent to the photos being released. Let’s support our goddess in her suit towards the magazine.

Met Gala: Ughs and Fugs

Dear, dear Legs McGee. Can’t you mix it up a bit? While I do love this Marchesa dress, in love with it, I’m simply tired. Pick a new card next time. You are always showing leg and boob together. Pick one or go home darling. It’s a bit overplayed.

I see vampires can’t pull of haute couture, Bella. I thought Alice would choose better clothes for you, am I right?!

Jessica Biel, I want you to go away and never come back. There is a reason why I didn’t purchase your Vogue cover and just took it from my friend’s apartment complex. You are BOOOORRRRIIIINNNNGGGG and I don’t like you. You look disheveled and like you don’t care. If so, go home and never show your face again. I’m sure 7th Heaven is waiting for a reunion special of sorts in the future.

Renee, why such robotic and manly shoulders you have. I kid, but seriously. How predictable was this Carolina Herrera gown? You should really learn how to pose.

I love YSL, but this just didn’t cut it, January. You look like a mess. Better luck next time.

Gaga, why are you disappointing me?! First you don’t walk the red carpet in what could have been awesome Prada, but you decide to wear this tacky wig and Mr. Armani created this nude, jeweled bodysuit I’m fairly certain I’ve seen Brit Brit wear on more than one occasion. Yawn.

Tina, I don’t get the joke.

My, my Mr. Wang. What did you dress M.I.A. in?! It’s like a gold spiderweb of crazy. I don’t even know what to say.

Margherita Missoni, you’re a mess. That is all.

Lara Stone for Giorgio Armani Cosmetics

I’m so glad to see Lara Stone for a high-end makeup campaign. This gig previously has gone to Sasha P, another love of mine, and she also has a Prada fragrance campaign, which Sasha P used to do for quite a few seasons. Competition that I like, because I love both dearly. I feel Lara and Sasha represent/ed both brands well and I’m yearning for them to collaborate. I couldn’t contain myself.
